Scope of Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Research Centre’s manager and business consultants in the process of sourcing qualified talent from target companies.
• Perform research in the talent market via various channels (such as internal database and social network).
• Assist business consultants to sourcing contact information of identified talent.
• Talent database management inlcude adding new CVs and updating information.
• Develop new intenet channels of sourcing talent.
Desired Profile:
• Fresh graduate from Diploma/Bachelor, major in Digital Media / HR / Business / Marketing related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working in an energetic professional environment
• Not afraid of making cold calls
• Fluent in Chinese and English languages
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fond of data mining on intenet, digital & new technology.
